Long & Field has merged with the Grandall Legal Group with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Kunming, Tianjin and Hong Kong. Long & Field will head up the M&A and Reorganization Division of the Grandall Legal Group. This Division will be responsible for servicing clients in the fields of: corporate financing, M&A, restructuring, reorganization, tax planning, cross-border investments, project financing and risk management. Lawyers and specialist from Long & Field will work with selected attorneys from the Grandall Legal Group to provide the highest possible legal services for both our domestic and international clients.
The M&A and Reorganization Division of Grandall Legal Group headed up by Long & Field is staffed with quality professionals from prestigious law schools in China and abroad. The Team has extensive practical experience and has often been invited to participate in drafting and amending laws and regulations and advising local legislatures.
Some Division members have served in senior positions in regulatory agencies and governmental departments before they joined the Team. With this background, these Team members have the capability of providing effective client representation in the fields of market regulatory issues and implementation.
